This page answers a simple question: what do I actually use to run this blog and my other projects?
It’s not a list of every tool out there. It’s the short list of what I’m using right now, what I use each one for, and anything I think you should know before you try it. If a tool isn’t here, it’s usually because I haven’t used it enough to have an honest opinion yet.
Some links on this page are affiliate links. If you buy or sign up through them, I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. I only recommend things I use myself or genuinely believe can help. You can read my full Affiliate Disclosure.
Systeme.io is where my email list lives. The sign-up forms on this blog, the thank-you pages, and the emails that send out my free checklist and ebook all run through it. I’ve used AWeber too, but Systeme.io is my main system for email and funnels now.
If you’re just starting, it has a free plan, so you can set up your first list and funnel before you spend anything. Check the current plan limits on their site, because they can change.
This blog runs on WordPress. It’s my home base: my Shorts, emails and social posts all point back here, so this is the one place I build up over time.
I use Rank Math for the SEO side of every post: titles, meta descriptions, schema and redirects. It also handles the short /go/ links I use for affiliate links, so I can update a link in one place instead of hunting through old articles.
Before I write an article, I check the main keyword in Ubersuggest: how many people search for it, how hard it is to rank for, and what people are really looking for when they type it. I also use it to keep track of the keywords I’m targeting.
Canva is where I make my graphics, posters, thumbnails and video graphics. I’m not a Canva affiliate. I just use it a lot.
I use ChatGPT almost every day, and I’ve been using it a lot more since early September 2026. I use it for ideas, planning articles, SEO structure, scripts for Shorts, emails and funnel copy. It’s also my first stop when WordPress or Systeme.io does something I don’t expect.
One thing I’ve learned: I don’t publish what it writes as it is. I edit it until it sounds like me.
I use Claude for long-form drafting and for work with a lot of detail in it: big documents, checklists and anything that needs to be organised step by step.
My AI voiceovers come from ElevenLabs. I use a voice called Wandy Voice in my SoftHustleLab videos, and I use the same voice in my avatar videos too.
For AI avatar videos I use HeyGen, on a paid plan. I connect my Wandy Voice from ElevenLabs, pick an avatar and make short vertical videos for YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels and Instagram Reels. I’ve also made a HeyGen avatar of myself. If you try it, keep an eye on your credit usage.
I joined John Thornhill’s ClickBank Profit Club for free and upgraded to VIP in September 2026. I explain why, and what you get, in my ClickBank Profit Club review.
If you’d like a place to keep learning and connecting around affiliate marketing, you’re welcome to take a look at Hariri’s Affiliate Advantage.
If you’re just getting started, please don’t sign up for everything on this page at once. You need a place to send people and a way to follow up with them. The rest can wait. My Start Here guide shows the order I’d build things in.
And if you want to see how the AI tools fit together in a real workflow, my free ebook, How to Make Money With AI, walks you through it.
I’ll update this page when my tools change.
